Joseph Searle

The Boss

Joseph already has two years experience of the industry. Due to the family beliefs Joseph has, he makes sure people come first. Joseph fully understands that the important people within the projects we create, are you. We want you to be proud of your homes.

Jon Searle

Director

Jon has over 20 years of experience within the industry. Starting with Underwood kitchens a bespoke manufacturer in England. Jon's background in working within a bespoke environment, means he understands how the furniture goes together. This allows him to  create furniture whilst pushing and exploring the constraints.

Alison Searle

Director

Alison provides the financial stablilty. Whilst Joseph and Jon dream, Alison controls the budgets to ensure we can provide the best value to our customers. Negotiating hard with suppliers to ensure we get the best rates to pass on to customers.

An Idea Is Born

We found out our family was going to extend, so we made the life changing decision to start our own business as well. This gives us the opportunity to share our 20 years of experience from manufacturing, design and installation. We believe we do things differently, we truly care about our customers. We appreciate that whilst we are improving your homes and lifestyles, no omelette was ever made without breaking a few eggs. We try to help and support through the transition of installation, by attending as much as possible.

Furniture 

We understand everyone is individual and has different requirements. We also appreciate that some Guernsey properties require a more bespoke approach and we can push the boundaries. By using a bespoke manufacturer we can work with the property. Recently we have worked on a project with large alcoves to the bedroom. So we worked with the manufacturer to produce chests 958mm wide and 900mm deep drawer boxes to go directly into the alcove and provide maximum storage solutions.
